What we work on

An athlete presses dumbbells overhead during training at Jarosh Performance.

01

Acceleration

Work on starts and the first steps of a sprint, including sled work set for each athlete. Structured practice develops the movement skills behind an athlete’s speed.

02

Explosive power

Medicine-ball throws, jump training and plyometric progressions develop explosive movement alongside a growing strength foundation.

03

Strength

Learn compound movements through a progressive introduction to barbell training. Technical control guides when an athlete is ready for additional load.

“Jarosh was a huge blessing to my son's college football recruitment process, Coach Nick was incredibly helpful and intentional with help Judah make gains and prepare for football camps/prospect combines, 40, broad jump, L drill, etc. I love how it has helped him in his processes training and how much he enjoys it...

enough that his younger two brothers have been asking for years when they "can start Jarosh". One of them is now in the program and both loving it and making gains himself.

Jarosh really helps these young athletes in their process, and my boys look forward to working out there!!”
