Wrestling training · Ages 8–18
Wrestling asks athletes to be strong, explosive and quick to react. Jarosh training works on strength, explosive power and reactive agility for athletes 8–18.
What we work on
01
Strength
Learn compound movements through a progressive introduction to barbell training. Technical control guides when an athlete is ready for additional load.
02
Explosive power
Medicine-ball throws, jump training and plyometric progressions develop explosive movement alongside a growing strength foundation.
03
Reactive agility
Practice changing direction in response to movement cues. The focus moves beyond a straight line toward the demands of sport.
