What we work on

An athlete lands a hurdle hop during training at Jarosh Performance.

01

Acceleration

Work on sprint mechanics from acceleration through faster running. Structured practice develops the movement skills behind an athlete’s speed.

02

Explosive power

Medicine-ball throws, jump training and plyometric progressions develop explosive movement alongside a growing strength foundation.

03

Strength

Strength work progresses with the athlete. Technical competency comes before added load.

“When I first proposed the idea of adding speed/strength training to my daughters busy softball training schedule, she was a little hesitant, but after her first assessment and group class she was hooked! "Dad, I LOVE this!

I definitely want to come back!" If you know Ruby, this is big statement.

So here we are, roughly 6 months in and the growth she has made not just from a physical standpoint, but the mental aspects and choosing to step out of her comfort zone has drastically increased. She feels at home here.

Nick and Mali are coaches, not just business minded. They are hands on with everyone that attends.

Programming isn't cookie cutter and just presented for you to do at your own will. Form not correct?

They fix it. Modifications need made?

No problem, it's prioritized. There isn't a day that Ruby doesn't look forward to making the drive for training(she is bummed when we pull in and realizes that Mali is gone :)) but the atmosphere Jarosh creates and the fun she has training and competing with the others in class pulls her right back in!

If you're looking for a place to train where the coaches genuinely care about your kids and helping them reach their goals, we hope to see you join us on this journey! Maybe some day Google will introduce a sixth star for the rating!”

“My teenage daughters started coming in November 2023. Was looking for sports specific training that would help supplement with their school lifting program and for softball.

Nick has done a great job working with my daughters. He works with their school lifting and what they have already done.

They are getting stronger, faster, and have seen a difference already in the time they been coming. Both have made gains, including PRs on and off the softball field.

They also really enjoy it there, it’s one place I don’t have to force them to go to. My only regret has been not coming sooner.”

“Nick is great! Our daughter started training with him in November.

She has seen strength improvements in both her pitching and hitting, and increased running speed. Nick challenges his athletes and celebrates their success!

Our daughter is excited to continue to grow as an athlete with Nick!”
